Indian head massage is a lovely treatment and it's doubtlessly the best known of the Ayurvedic treatments to be popularised in the west. Working with the neck, scalp, hair, face and ears, this treatment is reported to have huge benefits which may include reduction in tension, stress and anxiety, leading to better sleep, relief from aches, improvement in hair lustre and skin tone.
